Bad paint jobs almost always fail in the prep, not the paint. SaniCan LLC's painting crew sands, scrapes, caulks, primes, and tapes before a single finish coat goes on. On exteriors we pressure wash, treat mildew, repair stucco cracks, and use elastomeric primers where the wall demands it. On interiors we patch every dent and ding, prime stains and water marks, and use cabinet-grade enamel where it matters. We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore as our default paint lines and will spec premium tiers (Emerald, Aura) on request.

Why it matters
Florida sun and salt are unforgiving. A standard exterior paint job that would last 10 years in the Midwest can fail in 3–4 years on a west-facing Gulf-side wall. Using the wrong primer over chalky stucco, skipping mildew treatment, or rolling a finish over flaking original paint will waste your money no matter what brand of paint goes on top. We spec each exterior system to the substrate, exposure, and elevation. On interiors, we use low-VOC paints by default to keep the home livable during and immediately after the job — important for families with kids, allergies, or short rental turnover windows.
Pressure wash exteriors. Patch, sand, caulk interiors. Prime all bare or stained substrate. Mask everything that won't be painted.
We place real samples on real walls in real light before final color is locked. No regret-on-day-five repaints.
Two coats of finish on virtually every surface. Spray, brush, or roll based on what gives the best result for the substrate.
Touch-up day after final coat. We don't accept payment until you sign off on every wall.
Honest pricing
Interior repaints typically run $2.50–$4.25 per square foot of wall area depending on prep level and number of colors. Full exterior repaints (1,800–2,400 sq ft single-story homes) generally land $4,800–$9,200 including prep, primer, and two finish coats of premium paint. Cabinet refinishing on a typical kitchen runs $2,800–$5,500 sprayed with conversion varnish or cabinet-grade urethane enamel. We provide written line-item quotes, all materials are fully included, and we carry a 3-year workmanship warranty on exterior coatings.
