From a single mattress to an entire garage — gone the same week.
SaniCan LLC has been hauling junk across Pinellas County since the day we opened our doors. Whether it's a single recliner you can't get to the curb, a garage stuffed to the rafters, or a full estate that needs a respectful, organized clear-out, our crew loads it, sweeps it, and disposes of it at the closest county-approved transfer station. We don't sub the work out, we don't show up in an unmarked rental truck, and we don't tack on hidden 'fuel surcharges' at the end of the job. You get a flat, written quote before we lift anything — and that's the price you pay.
What's included
Why it matters
Pinellas County's rules around bulk pickup, e-waste, and Freon-bearing appliances are stricter than most homeowners realize. A neighbor with a pickup truck can't legally dump a fridge at the curb, and HOAs in coastal communities will fine you for storm debris that sits more than a few days. A licensed hauler protects you from those fines, keeps your driveway and yard insurance-compliant, and — critically — keeps reusable items out of the landfill through donation routing. We also serve a steady stream of probate attorneys and realtors who need estate properties cleaned out fast so a home can list. That work demands sensitivity, organization, and an audit trail of what was removed.

Send us a few photos or describe the load. We'll give you a flat-rate quote on the spot — no in-home sales pitch required.
Most pickups happen within 2–4 business days. Storm cleanup and landlord turnovers get same-day priority when we have capacity.
Our crew protects floors, walls, and door frames as we move items out. We sweep the area before we leave.
Donatable items go to local charities, recyclables get sorted, and the rest goes to the appropriate county facility — never an illegal dump.
Honest pricing
Hauling is priced by truck volume, not by item count. A single-item pickup typically runs $95–$175 depending on weight and disposal class. A quarter-truck (about a single bedroom's worth) runs $225–$325. A half-truck around $375–$525, and a full truck $625–$850. Heavier loads (concrete, tile, dirt) and Freon appliances carry small disposal surcharges that we disclose in the quote. We accept cash, check, all major cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo. There are no fuel surcharges, no minimum-job upcharges, and no 'travel time' line items inside our service area.
