Bathroom remodels in our market typically run $14k–$32k depending on layout changes and finish level. Full kitchens $28k–$70k+. Garage conversions and ADUs $55k–$140k+ depending on plumbing and electrical scope. Every project carries a fixed price, a written scope, lien waivers from any sub we use, and a one-year workmanship warranty. We do not collect more than a 10% deposit, do not ask for milestone payments before milestones are complete, and do not ask for final payment until you sign the walk-through.
