Sand Key is almost entirely mid-rise and high-rise condos, with a few exceptions like Dan's Island. Our Sand Key work is heavy on interior renovations: kitchen and bath updates, flooring replacement, custom built-ins, painting, and electrical upgrades. We rarely do exterior work in Sand Key — that's typically the building's responsibility — but we coordinate with building management on noise windows, freight elevator scheduling, and trash disposal protocols.
Condo work is logistics-heavy. We pre-coordinate with property management, secure approvals before mobilizing, protect common areas with masonite and floor protection, and dispose of all construction debris off-site daily. No piles in the trash room.
